Beijing Language and Culture University (BLCU) is an unique and the only Chinese university with its main task set at teaching Chinese language and culture to international students. It is based on a foundation of theory underpinning international economics and focuses on flows in trade including financial services between nations, corporations, and markets and their impact on growth, trade and development. The course intends to develop in students an ability to understand the economic factors, the policies, and the available evidence concerning the patterns of trade across the world.
