Introduction
The Webster joint MBA Program in China has been operating since 1996, and approved by Chinese Ministry of Education.  Today, we have locations in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Chengdu.  We have more than 1000 Webster MBA graduates in China.  These students came to us, mostly as employees, from companies like Intel, IBM, GM, Johnson &Johnson, S.C. Johnson, Anheuser-Bush, Phillips, Siemens and other international companies.  Others came, and continue to come, from MSC's, local governments, and their own determination to learn how to operate a competitive business.

The Joint MBA is demanding and different from an EMBA.  Candidates study for nearly two years, meet nearly every weekend, one-day-a-week throughout the year.  With sixteen courses, there's a lot to study.  Webster business professors are from the U.S., London, Leiden, Vienna and Geneva.  In addition, local professors have joined us in the classroom for insights of China, and to continue to learn Webster’s Worldwide MBA methods. Most of the courses are completely in English, including cases, investigations, lectures, and team research and presentations.  Successful MBA are awarded a U.S. MBA from Webster University and a completion certificate from joint Chinese university.
