Lorraine joined the Webster University faculty in 1988 at McConnell AFB in Wichita, Kansas, with an academic background in finance. Since that time, she has taught at other campuses in the U.S, China, Austria, and Bermuda. Lorraine won Kemper Award for Excellence in Teaching – 1997.  She is frequently asked which campus she likes teaching at the most.  She almost always answer that it’s the campus where she is teaching at the time.    Regardless of the campus or primary language, the students are of high caliber and share a common desire for knowledge and skills.

Lorraine teaches courses in finance, a discipline that students find challenging and sometimes intimidating.   She blends financial theory and practice into a classroom experience that enriches students with both conceptual and real-world knowledge and skills.
Lorraine has extensive professional work experience as a general manager and as an analyst.   And some of the knowledge acquired in the work world is incorporated into her teaching. She believes the Webster experience is unique, and brings together the best of academia and the real world.

Lorraine holds a MBA in Finance from Avila University, and a BA in Political Science and Psychology from University of Minnesota.
